Away from the office, Jonathan enjoys a variety of outdoor hobbies and activities.  He also is a member of several civic groups and charitable organizations where he serves as a mentor to local youth.  He resides in Mobile, Alabama with his wife, Tara Smith Festa, and their two young children, Hayes and Sutton.
